• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for a refund.

• All items are shipped with DPD, to return items visit the DPD website or App  request a return label and contact rbk pet supplies customer service to provide proof purchase

All frozen products are none returnable if you have an issue with your frozen items email our customer service or give us a call.
